Quality Policy

It is the Organisation’s Policy to operate in compliance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021:2015. To this end, the company will obtain and maintain the national accreditation approval from Global Bureau Accridited Registrars (GBAR).

We shall seek additional formal accreditation to other standards and regulatory requirements applicable to meet customer expectations and needs.

The Quality Management System has the full commitment of senior management to ensure the effectiveness and understanding of this Policy, the system, and the applicable procedures that apply to their operation.

Employees are encouraged and expected to adopt and display the same commitment to quality and achieving the skills and training necessary for their position and ongoing professional development for improvement.

The overall monitoring of the quality system is achieved by Management Reviews, which establishes and monitors measurable objectives, and continually improves the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

The appointed Quality Representative has the authority of management to ensure that the Quality Management System is established and maintained. To this end, the representatives shall provide regular reports to the Management Review meetings.
